Using Windows Vista - Have a program called "SweetPacks that keeps jumping in front on Internet Explorer from Bing - How do I get rid of Sweet Packs ?

 

Also computer is very slow at start up - anyway to correct this ?

 

My computer is a HPdv6700 Notebook - 32 bit o/s

Outlook is fine now….It was down for about 2 hrs.

So a friend couldn't send email for several days because he kept getting some weird 5.4.3 error or some such that makes you go onto the website and sign into your email there.  He's set up running thuderbird.   So basically, is there a way around having to log into Microsoft on the web so email continues to work?  This is really poor design.

Normal users aren't going to put up with this form of verification.  How about the NSA find all these spamers and malwareer and virus wrriters since they MUST OBVIOUSLY BE ABLE TO TRACK THEM!!!!!!

When I try to access my long-standing hotmail account I get a “page not available” message.

I'm getting a "page not available" for Hotmail no matter where I go to try to access. Any ideas?

Trying to open Office Outlook

Warning box states "Cannot start Microsolf Office Outlook. The set of folers cannot be opened. Error has been deleted in the file 'Documents and Settings etc.  Warning suggests that I go to Scanpst.exe and then Help.  Tried both with no success. What do I do?

LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT, ridiculous customer service (picture included). NEED HUMAN CONTACT, NO ROBOTS

I have been locked out of my live account which I have had for the best part of 3 years. I believe this is because I had signed into my account on a new laptop. I have filled in the validation form. No success.
I have not heard back in 24 hours. I have been issued a reference number if needed.

The support for this is atrocious as seen in other similar posts. I have looked everywhere to find a contact number for HUMAN contact however everywhere you look, Microsoft points you in the direction of an automated robot system which is faulty and not good enough. (I have personal information, contact numbers and important emails on this account as well as being linked to my xbox account - How much do these things cost again? And no human service? Ridiculous)

In addition, the support team service was appalling as seen below. Nicholas closed the conversation with me rather than provide any help, the link he provided was a direct link BACK to the same support team (Giving someone else the problem)

someone hacked into my account , and they changed the email reset link and the security question as well , even my personal details aslo . 

so when i retrieve my account and i unable to answer those details properly , so is that any other ways that i can get my account back ? i have been using this ago for many years .

I cant access my other hotmail account...I have tried to fill in the validation form several times but you havent accepted any of my answers....now you have said that I have done it too many times and that there is nothing I can do.....UNACCEPTABLE...I need to access this account I have sentimental pictures and important information in it...WHAT CAN I DO..nobody wats to help...who can I speak to????
