Question about Outlook Express

I'm trying to send emails to businesses from their contact us link but when I hit send, Hotmail comes back with task can't be completed plus other error notices I don't understand.

Just having problems in last 7-days w/ Lumia 920 (ATT) no syncing pictures w/ Skydrive.    All I get is 'couldn't upload, waiting to retry'.

I have posted 3-4 questions in one post which are really critical to my understanding before I place my entire files on to cloud but have gotten zero response.

I cannot log into Outlook to change my password.  I forgot the correct initial password and the account locked after too many attempts.  Single use codes aren't being accepted

This is the third time I post about this, I guess third time's the charm. As the title says, my old email (which was tied to many things but the focus for this post is my xbox live account) was blocked since it was hacked and used for spam. Last 2 times I posted this, they asked me to do the question form to fill in all the info I know which didn't work or the "use the alternate email" which I've explained is random since I made this email when I was a lot younger (and dumber, to be honest.) so it's probably just random letters. I've checked my FIRST email (the one I made before the one I'm talking about) for some numbers or whatever I was asked for and still nothing. Again, I'd be fine with letting it go but I need it to log on xbox live which I bought a one year membership a few months back and I've invested a GOOD amount of time and money and it'd be a shame to lose all that. I've been using the account until 2-3 days ago when it forced me to add some security proofs and for that, I have to log on but it keeps giving me an error that the account is blocked. What can I do to avoid changing the account? I'd lose A LOT more than what I'd get from that. I have proof that I'm STILL logged in the account on the console, what can I do other than the forms that are extremely flawed? I've seen this problem has become common, is there anyway I can prove it's mines other than the questionnaire full of info I put in nearly 4-6 years ago?
