I need to give my website people the MLX number for my acct? How can I get that info?

Outlook app isnt getting new messages when data is turned on, only wifi. its set to ‘push’ emails and sync automaticaly. background data is allowed.. im stumped

Powerpoint lost in the cloud

Hi!

 

There is a first time for everything.

 

Today I tried to open a powerpoint that I created a while back and put on the SkyDrive. When I open it now it in the Skydrive.com it says something went wrong when opening the document. It then attempts to open it in PowerPoint. There the slide stack appears empty. A previous version is empty as well. I've not stored empty PowerPoints on the SkyDrive so apparently the SkyDrive has borged it. Appart from previous versions is there another way to get the document back? I spend quite some time on it. Syncing with Skydrive sync doesn't work at the office network only at home and over WWAN. This might have caused the trouble as I work both at office, at home and in the car. Am I right to assume that the SkyDrive is still in beta?

I had been sharing one file on sky drive, my computer crashed and now I can't get it to share again.
I can see the file in the sky drive, i can access it which is great, but it is not sharing, how do i change this?

Upgraded to IOS 7 and now can’t get my hotmail (outlook) on my phone (iphone 4)! Help!

I upgraded to IOS 7 and now when I try to setup my hotmail (outlook), it says that a windows live hotmail plus subscripton is required.  I was able to have my hotmail on in my mail on the former operating system.  Can I not get hotmail on ios 7?

Cant log into one of my email addresses using login.live.com – Certificate Error

Hi,

 

I have two Hotmail addresses.

 

I can log into one of them with no issues.

 

The other, when putting in my email address and password, I receive a certificate error

"There is a problem with this site's security etc."

 

Anyone have a fix for this?

Hotmal to hotmail email failure since 10/09

Since 10/09 I have stopped receiving emails from someone's hotmail account.

THey received my email but even when they reply to one of my emails it does not get through.

When the person has ccd other people (not on hotmail) those people have received it (although I dont know this to be true in every case).

We have been emailing each other for many years from these same accounts and the problem has only just occurred.

THey claim they ave not made any changes to their account - although it is possible. I certainly have not changed mine.

I have checked the junk and junk filters and security levels as suggested elsewhere on these forums.

This is urgent as it has legal implications.

On a related issue, I note my junkbox is holding nothing older then 25 September - is a week the default setting or should there be more in there?
