recently hotmail asked me to verify my account through sms, but i cant as the number is disconnected. i can list my name and my current password in the questionnaire, but thats about all that i can fill in and i still cant get a verification code. this
is very frustrating as its attached to my xbox live account and i can no longer sign in due to security proofs. i dont know the credit card details because i wasnt the one who purchased the family gold plan im part of. ive tried everything and im at a loss

I receive update emails, from Microsoft, with links to https://support.microsoft.com
when I log on with my email address to the support site (the same address that I used to post the original question). I get <my@emailaddress> is not allowed to view this incident.

My Hotmail has been converted to outlook. I now have the problem whereby my in-box will not display all emails received. Yet this works fine if I access my emails from another pc or my iphone. What needs to be done so this function will work normally on
my pc ?
My SkyDrive was uploading files when my baby pressed the power button and turned off my PC. When I restarted my computer the error saying that the SkyDrive folder could not be found. After clicking the OK or Cancel button, the SkyDrive program exits and
stops working. Restarting SkyDrive prompts the same error over and over again... and exits after the prompt. This means I could not get to the "Settings" or to any menu items from the SkyDrive system tray icon.
The only thing that I could do is reinstall SkyDrive and choose the existing SkyDrive folder.
I saw the same error on my laptop... but I am not sure what happened why the error suddenly appeared. But I think something got corrupted... same as what happened to my PC. Bottom line is that SkyDrive is too sensitive and any unwanted interruption
can simply corrupt something and stops SkyDrive from working. I hate reinstalling SkyDrive over and over again and going through the entire long process of "Processing Changes" and etc. I'm not seeing this issue on my Google Drive. Probably this is what I
get for choosing the cheaper SkyDrive alternative.
My husband called to ask if I had emailed him to ask for bank details. So I logged into my account and changed my password. My husband then replied to that email (not with our bank details!) and received a response from my account.
How could hackers continue to use my account half an hour after I changed the password??
How can I know they are not monitoring my emails now???
(On a side note when I followed Hotmail's instructions for what to do when hacked I found my husbands emails were being forwarded. I only noticed something was wrong because whenever he sent me an email after the hacking, it went into my Sent Folder instead
of my Inbox. So we knew to look for mail forwarding. But Hotmail Account Settings has no info about where the mail was being forwarded to.)
I am still unable to open up any email through outlook.com. I had emptied my cache, used multiple computers, and still haven't managed to open a single email, and I am using the most updated version of Goggle Chrome. Unless I use the mail app through Windows
8. I have received no error message either. It is just, whenever I click on the title to a given email, nothing opens like usual.
Hi. I set up a Windows Live Custom Domain for a client (capacitare.org.ar) but I can't get some addresses working.
The system says that the account already exists. I try the import feature but it didn't work. Also, is there anyway for administrator to reset password for users. Thanks in advance and sorry my bad english.
