I got this message "skydrive is undergoing some routine maintenance and should be back up shortly. Please try again" and i can not access my files on SkyDrive. I was tried follow this help http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/skydrive-sync/skydrive-is-undergoing-some-routine-maintenance/bb91de6f-528a-453a-b135-943a1faf81a0 but not resolved

My Skydrive desktop App can not sync any file too

SkyDrive RunOnce registry entry never runs

Running Windows 8 SkyDrive desktop version.

I noticed that the following registry entry does not seem to run. The registry entry remains even after a reboot. The folder that is supposed to be deleted also remains.

HKCU:RunOnce Uninstall C:\Users\Larry\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive\17.0.2015.0811_1\amd64

which is supposed to execute

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /q /c rmdir /s /q "C:\Users\Larry\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive\17.0.2015.0811_1\amd64"

Is this normal behavior or a feature?

Activate temporarly custom domain at domains.live.com to create accounts

Dear Support,

We have taken the decision to host our company email with Outlook.com using our custom domain (domains.live.com), we have 16 accounts and every email on those accounts is very important. At the time that we change the MX record of our domain to point as directed by domains.live.com, all accounts will stop receiving its corresponding emails. Our question is the following:

Is it possible to update the MX record as indicated by domains.live.com, confirm ownership of the domain to get it activated, and as soon is confirm as activated, change the MX record back to the old server so no emails are lost, then go calmly into domains.live.com and create all the accounts (about 16) and when they are all created, then change back the MX record as directed by domains.live.com.

We are planning to do the transfer this weekend, so your attention to this question will be greatly appreciated.

Another Blank screen log in issue

Dreaded blank screen when logging into outlook.com via IE10. Cleared cache and all other suggestions in the numerous posts regarding this issue. Working fine yesterday and works fine on this computer via safari or log in via Iphone. Ran fiddler cap if MS support is interested in helping resolve.

This is totally wrong. In addition, I continually get good email from my contacts in my junk box.

Changing from hotmail to outlook is the worst move microsoft has made to date. My email has not been right since this disaster.

Cannot sync or integrate Hotmail in Blackberry

I've been on technical support with Blackberry for the past 3 days and I am unable to sync or integrate my hotmail account on my blackberry Z10. Blackberry said there is nothing wrong with the device and they believe it is a server issue.

I cannot figure out how to delete emails coming to my hotmail in box from the same person. Everytime they send me an email it adds to the original email. How do I delete this?

Skydrive is not syncing my files and show incorrect status

Hello,
I tried to switch from Dropbox to Skydrive but have some problems with syncing files in Skydrive now.

Skydrive is trying to sync something and it's not able to do it, it never stop syncing and it shows very large file size (see screenshot)
I don't understand what is happening there.
