When i try and enter in my login details it says "We couldn't find your settings" and tells me to enter my details again.

Hi i am trying to set up my outlook.com account on my windows 8 phone so i can receive my emails, calender etc on my phone.
I am trying to log into my email and cant. There is a blue block blocking the top of MSN homepage. Is outlook having issues tonight?
My Hotmail account was compromised, and I don't have access to my other e-mail accounts and have since changed phone numbers etc (the information on file is outdated). Although I've submitted numerous requests, and have tweeted to Microsoft Support on
Twitter and haven't seen a reply in a few weeks and am in dire need of my main account that I've had for 15+ years. Am I ever going to get my main account back? I know pretty much everything that I need, and have my own specific Algonquin College e-mail, Twitter
name etc.

I lost two folders yesterday in my Hotmail/Outlook. I have no idea where they went or how. NOW PLEASE read that I am saying FOLDERS; not just emails. How can I recover those two folders? I am not computer savvy so please use layman's language.

Now is one line across the top where you have to go through the alphabet one letter several times to find
your friends and they are often duplicated in different letters. This is very time consuming and ridiculous.
How can I get the old way back or a former version of hotmail. I do not like this new Outlook too many changes.

So I have upgraded to the latest version of Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional. Now, I can't seem to find a way of accessing the fetch feature that was available on the previous versions of windows. What happened? Is it me or is it windows
that is the cause of this problem? I can access my files on the SkyDrive folder without a problem, its just the fetch feature that I can't seem to find.
