My old email, which I signed up to Xbox Live with, is defunct.  I've gone through standard "recover your account" spiel. I cannot access the email address anymore. Not at all. No way possible. Sending me a link there does nothing. Sending the reset to this non existing email isn't going to work. Not at all. I can't say it enough. The whole process is frustrating since you can't talk to anyone. I know you're trying to stop the social hack...but really. I can't talk to anyone and answer any question they have.

I've spent HOURS AND HOURS on this issue, and I'm very, very frustrated.
