I've spent hours editing a movie file (and kept saving the project) and the file has just crashed and is now corrupt. Can someone please help? I can upload the file to somewhere if someone can help.

My husband and I have Windows 10, using Windows Live Mail 2012 on his desktop and my laptop. We were gone for a week and didn't use either computer. He did, however, use his smartphone to access his email at the server site, att.net. When we got
home and he retrieved his email on his computer, he started receiving duplicate emails in Live Mail (we're talking a dozen per individual email). I am having no problems. Coincidentally we also had AT&T connection/service problems with our internet connection
after arriving home. AT&T is saying they are not to blame, since there is no duplication on the server site, and said that it is a Microsoft issue. Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you!
I've tried resetting password a dozen times, turned phone on and off, smooth talked it and when that didn't work...I strangled the damn thing!!! And it still won't allow me to sign on to any apps or anything. I've about had it up to here!!! Can someone

In Outlook Express and Windows Essentials 2012 there used to be a filtering system which was termed as "Rules". Somewhat similar purpose is served in Gmail by "Settings > Filters".
Now, we have Live Mail in which I cannot find this useful feature. I checked Help but they seem to speak of Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013 which do not help me.

If it were a question of creating Rules in Outlook Mail, I found the way, but here my problem is not with Outlook Mail (image 2 below) but with Mail (Live Mail) (image 1 above)--

I have 2 email accounts (one Hotmail and one Outlook.com) that show the same problem. They are both set up in Windows Live Mail using IMAP.
When I delete a message form either account, the deleted message just disappears - it doesn't go into the Deleted folder.
Any ideas please? I've tried doing a repair and removing the accounts and adding them again and the problem is still there.

Mailbox have name conflicts with others or system reserved for names. 2nd message-message cannot be moved to the mailbox Trash.
Please assist. I have several messages that I cannot delete. Would like to speak to someone over the phone for assistance. I sent 2 messages already regarding to this issue with no resolve. I was finalising my video of 17 mins when all of the sudden, Movie Maker crashed. Some videos are not being played anymore and the time on the preview window stopped at 51.83. Whenever I delete videos at the start of the timeline, the timer remains to
