I bought a new computer, Windows 8.1 installed

Processor - AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz
Processor Main Features -64 bit 6-Core Processor
Cache Per Processor -6MB L2 Cache
Memory -16GB DDR3 1600
Graphics - AMD 6770
Hard Drive1TB SATA III 7200RPM

I downloaded windows essentials, But when using photo gallery I am having display issues.

The main issue is there will be like a big white block in either corner of a photo, or there will be abunch of little white blocks all through out the photo.

If I scroll in to zoom it will go away maybe, but will come back when zooming back out to full view. Basically it's almost useless
