i have the MovieMaker app but I get the message WLXPhotoBase.dll missing, how can I fix this problem? I am using windows 10 64bit.
please keep the answer simple(ish).

I had "windows live photo gallery" on my old vista system.
Will it work on my new dell computer it has "Windows 10" on it.
Or is there a better Photo Organizer for Windows 10?
I accidentally deleted a message from my inbox but it is not appearing in my deleted folder to allow me to retrieve it. The other messages I deleted are there. I have windows 10, windows live mail. Any ideas?
scanning and tagging of my photos is completed. i choose don't show again on many faces. Now I want to re-scan the photos to detect those faces so I can tag some of them. I changed the option to scan faces in file/options. Closed the app, reopened file/options
and changed back to the scan option, closed and restarted. that didn't work. any other ideas on how to re-scan my photo folder and pick up faces that were previously detected but not been tagged with a name?

I don't get any emails in mail and it says your account settings are out of date
My W Live email will not receive any email sent from any COX account. It receives all other emails with no issues. Verified it's not a Cox issue. thoughts?

I want to enlarge my TASKBAR ICONS. Not real large, but just a little bit bigger. Thank you.
My windows live photo gallery application no longer works fluidly when transitioning (going forward) from picture to picture. I may have a few good transitions, and then it just freezes making the whole experience horrible.
I've already tried REPAIRING and RE-INSTALLING the application and neither fixed the problem.
I am on a brand new Windows 10 PC with the latest version of the operating system.
Any suggestions?
