Question about Outlook Express

As of 1/10/17, Windows Movie Maker is not available to download. In the past I used this software to rotate iphone videos. I would prefer not to use a third party software for this.

Does Microsoft have a new software to replace Windows Essentials Movie Maker

I have Live mail 2012 which I enjoy working with but it has started crashing when flicking through emails. It seems to load up fine but then says it has stopped working and restarts when I try to scroll through my email. Hope some one has a solution for this.

First , I have a windows live mail account that uses a very old email address that is from my first service provider.

  I understand that WLM is not being supported anymore and I want to set up a new email account using my original address so my customer base will have access, can you point me to something that is available to set up and import all my data from the WLM to a new account.

 Is Outlook .mail one of my options and is it free of charge that will me to use my old email address?

I updated window 10 and now I have the feature of window hello

but it says window hello isn't available for this device (having HP PAVILION x360)

I have tried everything found on the internet but have not found anything that works.  Help please!
