Until today, Windows Live Mail has been working just fine. Today, when I tried to send an e-mail I kept getting the following.
I entered all the information for a new e-mail and now it appears thatI have two and neither is working....
Unable to send or receive messages for the Sbcglobal (paulandterri) (1) account. The connection to the server has failed.
Server: 'pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060
I went to my account and everything looked as (what I thought) it should be. Don't know what to do and any help would be most appreciated.....
Thank you - Terri

I click on Windows Live mail and it will not open. No error message, it just won't open.
Hello everyone,
I have edited a video using Windows Live Movie Maker with several clips cut together, when I play the video in WLMM everything is fine but when I save it as a movie in wmv format each part where a clip ends it loses about the last second of the clip which ends up cutting off the words. I have no idea why the video plays fine in the program but then after saving as a movie it does that.
Can anybody please help me?
Tommy

Suddenly yesterday began to get this error message trying to download mail from Verizon. Absolutely nothing changed on this end. I spent about an hour chatting with Verizon tech support today. User id and password are correct as I can access mail from the Verizon website. Below is a screen shot of message.

Hi Everyone,
I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. Yesterday, I foolishly installed Windows Movie Maker from an internet link, but it caused Windows Live Mail to fail. I therefore uninstalled Movie Maker again, but this also uninstalled Live Mail. Belatedly realising that Live Mail is now obsolete, I have installed Outlook as a replacement. I now wish to import all my email folders, calendar details and contacts from Live Mail to Outlook, but everything I’ve read says that I must first export from Live Mail. I therefore need to re-install Live Mail on a temporary basis to enable me to do that. I cannot find a reliable link to do this from. Can anyone provide this for me, or alternatively suggest a different way of importing all my information?
Also, realising now that Movie Maker is obsolete too, what is its replacement?
Thanks

As of 1/10/17, Windows Movie Maker is not available to download. In the past I used this software to rotate iphone videos. I would prefer not to use a third party software for this.
Does Microsoft have a new software to replace Windows Essentials Movie Maker
