Question about Outlook Express

I did a test on one Contact that only had a name and no other information.  I highlighted it.  The Delete tab on the Ribbon bar grayed out and would not work.  Any other ideas?  I do have other similar Contacts to delete.

why cant I change back from windows 10

After I add a new photo to Windows Live Photo Gallery in Windows 10, if I open the Windows Live Photo Gallery app, it doesn't display the new photo.  I have to close the app and reopen it, and sometimes I have to close the app and reopen it several times before the new photo will display.

Since yesterday I have been locked out of my Hotmail account. Also my Office, Store and everything else Microsoft related it seems. When I try to log in I get a pop up that says that "Someone else might be using my account and that I need to verify who I am by giving another email address that they can send a "code" number to. I have to date sent them three other email addresses to which no code has been sent. Until today, when I tried to log in (once again) but this time was told that my email address (which I have had since 2010) does not exist. But, after once again giving them an other email address they did send me a "code" which I enter into their verification box and clicked on "next only to be told that someone might be using my account and that I had to verify who I am.

Well, then I decided to contact Microsoft but was only able to talk to someone in India that was only able to transfer me to another number that would hang up on me.  Finally, after searching I found the State side number (1 844 230 6130) which I then called and was answered by..... yes, you guessed it, someone from India. So.............. once again explaining my situation he asked me for my email address and then told me that I was indeed hacked and that he could fix the situation to which I replied "Go f%^K yourself" and then he hung up.

My wife has the seems to have the same issue right now with her work phone. Is something going on with Microsoft? Has it been taken over by the Indian Government?

Anyone have any ideas to what my next step should be or a valid number that I can call?

BTW, I also called the Microsoft Store number (1 877 699 7786) but was directed to a recording that said that number was no longer in use and no new number was available.

Any suggestions???

Can anyone help with this specific Movie Maker problem? :-/ 

I've searched for answers to this already but haven't managed to find a solution.

I'm creating a project and had almost finished editing a number of clips together with transitions, music etc.

One of the files I've imported and which I had split and inserted in three different parts of the project seems to be corrupted. 

Okay, no problem - bring in the file again and re-edit etc. Which is what I did. This time the file was okay and I could insert it into the same places, no proble.

BUT the problem is I can't seem to delete the old corrupted file.

It's just there in the project and refuses to leave. I've tried all sorts of things but just can't seem to remove it. 

That means the clips are still there, but just play as black for the duration. 

You can still see the corrupted files on the timeline, with the yellow warning triangles, but I can't access them, move them or delete them.

Any suggestions gratefully received as I really don't want to start the project again as it's quite involved, with lots of files.

I have to reconnect Outlook 2013 and cannot figure if I should use Preferred or Alternative options.  I have 2 Hotmail addresses.

I used to have a Windows Movie Maker(WMM) before in English , but after I reset my laptop to the factory default , I wanted to download it from online ( did not back it up). But  whatever I find and download the .exe file, after I click on and click on '' Yes, I want the program to make changes to my computer"  , the  next window appears in Spanish.   I downloaded it anyway ( once) , just to see if the WMM itself will be still in English, but not - the Movie Maker is in Spanish.

I hope that somebody help me  - send the link where I can download an English version.  Or Russian , or a French one. Italian is OK too.

But the easiest to understand would be in  English or Russian.
