Question about Outlook Express

I use Windows Live Mail as a Client of att.net (my internet email provider).  Today I received a dialog box asking for my inbound and outbound server passwords.  I have tried to access the server settings, but don't know how to see or change them.  I cannot send rt receive email.  How do I find out what my server passwords are?  Harold: " Out of Business"

I see many questions about mail being stuck in outbox. My problem is that, not only is it stuck in outbox, saying "sending", but I cannot open email at all.

Am using Movie maker to edit my video. In the project all the text captions appear correct when I play. But when I save the file as Hi Def and play it the text caption timings are screwed ! 

Please share a solution.

I've recently, sort of side-graded, from Windows 7 Home to Windows 7 Pro.  I see that WLM has changed significantly from the version I had in Home.  current version:  Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331)

One thing which is particularly a problem, is that when I click Reply All, it does not address a reply to everyone, including the sender, as it did in the older version.

This is on a mailing list.  Reply and Reply All does the same thing.  Reply All only addresses the mailing list and does not address the sender, as it did in the older version.

Is there an option somewhere that I've missed?
