Question about Outlook Express

I recently bought a laptop with winds 10 installed. On previous laptop I was running Live mail 2012 and have a lot of stored emails. Now that MS does not support it anymore how do I get my saved emails into Win10 email? My old laptop still works. Is there a certain format I can save emails in to be able to get into new email ? Getting frustrated and I need access to some of them now.

Ticket #1375038724.  Can't send or receive email.  Have worked with my server people (Xfinity) and with your technicians for around 3 hours all together the  last few days and no has helped.  We have reset passwords.  I did a successful System Restore which did not help with the email problems.  We deleted an email account and added it back and that did not help.  I am on Windows 7. The mail program is Windows Live Mail 2012.  I thought it might help to uninstall the Live Mail program and then reinstall it, but I understand that Microsoft no longer has a download for Live Mail 2012.  I don't want to upgrade to Windows 10 email because that just stinks.  I have that on my laptop and I don't like it.

Windows Movie Maker and Microsoft Essentials has been discontinued according to the Microsoft Support guys. What new to come and is there an alternative to Movie Maker?

Keeps saying i don't have the trial version whenever i go to export my video.. help me :)
