Question about Outlook Express

I absolutely cannot use Windows Movie Maker.  For the sound all I get is a buzzing noise, not a problem like this on the computer anywhere else.  Now the buzzing noise has infected all the videos I had posted on youtube somehow.  I don't need movie maker at all and want to get rid of it.

I do have photos in Photo Gallery that I would prefer to keep.  The only option I see under removing programs is to remove both movie maker and photo gallery.

Is there a way just to uninstall movie maker?  Or, if I uninstall both of them, will all my photos be gone?

If I uninstall, can I only reinstall photo gallery without installing movie maker?  Thanks so much for helping me with this very annoying.

I am setting up a new Windows 10 computer with Outlook 2016. I will use Roadrunner Time-Warner as an IMAP email account.

My Windows 7 computer uses Windows Live Mail as a POP email account.

I want to be able to go into into Windows Live Mail to access contacts and emails previously downloaded, but stop it from downloading new emails. How can I do that?

since I cannot get windows live mail 2009 to update or send any emails, how to get it removed

I am trying to download windows live essentials 2011 on my windows 10, and every time it's preparing for installation it fails, the error is that there is no internet connection, while there is. Also windows photo gallery and movie maker have been deleted from my pc, I need help. thank you.

I have Windows 8.1 in my pc. What is the software I can use to edit my video? I used Windows movie maker on Windows 7. Is there a similar software for Windows 8.1? Where can I find it?
