Question about Outlook Express

I cannot WLPG in my latest updated version of windows 10

I have tried to install a version I found on the internet but got an error. 

I have also tried to look at the control panel "add programs/features" without luck

I prefer that program (or a similar) because it was very easy to import pictures and videos; rotate items, add tags and new maps.

Which possibilities do I have?

I accidentally uninstalled Microsoft Live Essentials from my pc, but I really need it. Can anyone help me? I really really need the Movie Maker and the other programs for important school work. PLEASE HELP! thx

I installed the latest windows 10 update yesterday and when I went to check my mail there was no account.  I created my account as directed, but it does not receive mail. I have tried syncing, changing my password from my email password to Microsoft password, that didn't help.

I thought I could uninstall the mail app and reinstall it  from the store app but can't seem to delete it either.  I really need help as my email is very important to my work.

I am running Windows 10, 64 bit. I had a problem with Live Mail 2012, so when I went to Control Panel, Programs & selected Live Mail 2012, it normally allowed me to either uninstall or repair the modules. In this instance it did not give me the option, but said to uninstall it & then reinstall. So I did this, now I cannot reinstall it because some link is missing to Microsoft's Server.

Please help, as I have spent a week looking for an alternative free Mail program which part resembles Live Mail & it's many features. I am at present using the Win 10 Mail app, but in comparison it does not even rate a 0 out of 10. I can't believe that Microsoft would be so dumb as to supply an alternative, with so few features.

I followed all the steps on the video as accuratly as i could and it still didn't work i also tried to restart my PC a couple of times but it still gives me an error at 53 or 51% i can see it using about 1.5 GB of my 8 GB computer but i still have around 55% ram free so i dont know what is happperning can anyone please help?
