Question about Outlook Express

Obviously Live Movie Maker 2011 has issues with corrupting movie files, and this has now happened to my movie project file saying that it can no longer open and may be corrupted.  

Everything was running smoothly until I was getting close to creating the whole movie I saved it and tried to re-open it but no luck.

Has my movie gone forever and not able to be opened again or can anyone suggest a fix or solution to recover this project file as I haven' even got it to the final stage to create it and yes it took me hours and hours to set it all up.  I have a HP laptop Windows 10 and movie maker version 2011.  Unable to download an updated version as Windows no longer is offering the download.

I am trying to open a file I previously created up i get an error that will not open it now. can someone please help me fix the problem?

Unable to send or receive messages for the Windstream  account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.

I get a pop-up box asking me to enter username and password, but when I do it does not accept it and just keeps popping up again asking me for them. Then I get this message when I close the pop-up box.

I went to Google with 0x800CCC0F.  I saw many replies from Community that apparently worked, but all involved SMTP or POP3 protocols.  I have IMAP, so I hesitated to try any of those fixes.

I am using Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  (I fixed this once before with a Community expert's instructions when Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Live Mail  on Windows 7.)

The problems started suddenly, and include getting headers downloaded without the message itself (half white envelope icon).  The messages eventually do come down without any knowable effort on my part.  Slow in moving messages from one folder to another.  Here are some error messages:

I also tried the "Repair" feature for Windows Essentials 2012.  It said the repair was successful, but nothing actually changed.

Can you help?  I am not knowledgeable in computers, so please reply with all steps, even the minor ones that you might assume I would do automatically.  Thank you.

I am using hotmail and had sync problems in my windows 10 mail app. I have deleted my account and set-up again in the automatic way. Now I am getting, when trying to sinc, the following message: "something went wrong, can not make connection with m.hotmail.com, control your connection and try again. error code 0x80072efd. Maybe the server is down but I have no idea. I have access to my email when logging in to hotmail through my browser. Anyone have an idea what the cause might be?

I ported my wife's email (sadly, she has been using Windows Live Mail 2012) from one PC to the other. I exported them from the old PC and imported them on the new PC.

Old PC runs Windows 7, English version.

New PC runs Windows 7, Japanese version.

My wife has created a complex folder structure in which her email from several years are saved. One particular folder has some 20 emails. On the new PC, the headers shown in the email list (from, to, subject, date) look identical as on the old PC. However, the content of all emails is identical.

I want to stop using Windows Live Mail. It's not supported anymore. So, I export the folders to Outlook. In Outlook, there are now folders where all emails have not only identical contents, as above, but also identical headers.

TL;DR: The export process creates a mess.

Any ideas what I can do to export all emails to Outlook without errors of this type? Or at least from Live Mail to Live Mail?
