It came to my attention some time ago that some members of my groups were not getting my e-mails. When I investigated I found
their names had been removed from the group. I then went thru all my groups and replaced the missing names and included the total at the end of the group name. I have since noticed that slowly entirely different members names are again being removed from these groups (73 in group now only 55). So, again I will have to go thru the trouble of correcting this problem before I have to send out another group mailing. Anyone have a solution??
I can receive emails okay, but cannot reply to any, as it asks me for a password, and I've completely forgotten the original password. Getting a new password does not work either. Thanks, Tony

A number of strange name formats recently appeared in my WLM contacts list. an example being live:laris_barbosa (whom I do not know). Others of the same format also appeared of friends, some of whose normal email addresses are in my contacts list.
I cannot delete the live: type contacts, which don't appear when I access contacts to send an email. Clicking on the live: entry just shows the name. In the example above: Larissa Fernanda Barbosa.
Why are these useless unwanted entries in my list, and how do I remove them?
Thanks
How can I get a copy of windows live email so that I can export and import into Outlook as me old laptop is broken

Yes, I am still using WLM 2012 for reasons I won't bother getting in to.
My question is that occasionally I get an email that when I use the mouse wheel to vertically scroll down the email. I end up zooming the email image in the WLM Reading Pane. Wouldn't be so bad except apparently the Zoom level is also affected in my other emails and I often don't remember what/where it was when I started.
And yes, I have found out that if I hold down the CTRL-key and rotate the mouse wheel, the image in the Reading Pane can be zoomed in or out - but this is happening without me holding down the CTRL-key.
My question is:
1) I can find now way to reset the Zoom level back to a normal default level, back to the way it was before I messed the zoom level up -- how do I do that.
2) Is there even a normal or default Zoom level (like the Normal, 100% value on IE11) on WLM or do I just have to keep adjusting it all the time.
Driving me crazy.
