I am a little lost, I just started in the developmental program & really at this point don't know what they are asking. I am the hardware manager, the owner, the account administrator , the janitor , and cleaning lady.

I am using Windows live mail 2012 and have been for some time.  I have set up several e-mail groups that I regularly send e-mails to.  All of a sudden, some of my contacts within the groups have been removed.  I go back and re-add them only to find that they are being removed again.  Can someone help?  Thanks!

In the process of activating Office 365, Microsoft sends a email confirmation code to my email address. When I open Windows Live Mail i can see the incoming message being downloaded but immediately it disappear from my inbox.

Where did the message go. It is not in my junk email folder.

A problem just cropped up after years of service: When I go to contacts, it keeps working and eventually says I shut down Windows Live improperly. However, I did not shut it down. So, I shut the whole thing down, waited and started over. It happened again. And now it won't let me use Stringer to send messages to multiple individuals.  

Any ideas???

I am looking for an update of windows movie maker 2012. or ant additional features so that I can make am awesome video of weeding.

would you please suggest me on  how to update windows movie maker ( with additional feature- presently using 2012 version)  OR any better apps / software ( with download link please)  to make /edit videos
