I cannot receive or send emails. When I added a new account it asked for my email and password. I typed it in and hit sign in. "All done! Your account was set up successfully."
I hit done. Nothing. Cannot receive or send emails. I hit Sync this view and there are dots moving across and said "Hold on while we fetch your mail." Nothing. I went into settings, manage account, click my email address and the are more characters in the password than what my password is. The change mailbox sync settings is grey and under that states "Options for syncing your content. Syncing your content.....
Please someone help.
I have an AOL account and two Verizon.net accounts that I must keep. They are the contact and ID for many other accounts. I was able to set up the accounts in Win 10 Mail so that they send and receive mail. However I have been unable to import the e-mail addresses. I am unable to understand neither the convoluted instructions nor the nomenclature used by the helpless desk. I have transitioned through every iteration of Windows from DOS to 8 and the early 10, the latter two on my laptops sans mail.
Please let there be someone out there that can explain the process in plain english and is willing to do it for me.
Thank you
JJID
I have the latest version of Windows (10).
Thanks in advance for any help.

Without being aware of this change with Windows Live Mail and having bought a new drive, Geek Squad moved my old Windows 7 to it and I lost my Windows Live program and cannot access a lot of very important emails. How can I retrieve them? I asked for help and someone tried desperately to move the MessageStoreFile to Outlook but the folders/files saved there would not open. Thanks for your help.
When trying to print an e-mail, normally a panel appears with the contents of the e- mail. OK,
the panel does not show the e- mail, instead it displays the following,
HTTP Status 404-/cp/templates/applications/main/html/SGBP21AU.htm.jsp
type Status report
message The requested resource(/cp/templates/applications/main/html/SGP21AU.htm.iso)is not available.
ApacheTomcat/6.0.32
Consequently, when I press "Print" the above "message" is printed out
At the top of the page " Appache Tomcat/6.0.32- Error report " is displayed
