I'm trying to edit a home made movie. I can hear the sound but cannot see the video. How can I correct this?
John McGee
running WIndows Live Mail 2012, on Windows 10
today lost( disappeared) three months of inbox email( since May 2017), but not email I have saved in folders
is this in the Message Store Mail.MSMEssage Store( which I found was created today 8/22 and is 50 Meg)
I use my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my user name to log in and have a live.com account, which does not work
been having some problems since I think MS does not support Windows Live Mail anymore
anyway how do I recover these inbox emails?
or can I port my entire live mail folders to another mail application?

i spent ages making a video and putting together clips and audio on microsoft expression encoder 4, and now that i'm finished i get an error when trying to encode that says:
Video stream will be re-encoded.
File has trim points.
Full encode of file needed because file has B-frames with open Gops.
Audio stream will be re-encoded.
File has trim points.
File has an audio overlay applied.
What do i do? i really need answers ASAP, thank you for your time.
was attempting to print a document in a group in outlook but I do not have the option to print. It will go to the print screen and allow me to select a printer but the print and print preview button are not available.
What would cause this?
After a recent windows 10 automatic upgrade, my Excel stopped working.
I had no option but to re-install windows 10 and now Windows live mail has disappeared.
Does anyone know how I can get it back or how I can export folders/contacts/emails to a new system?
Remember I can't open windows live because the reboot uninstalled it (and about 50 other programs) for some reason.
