Question about Outlook Express

Since my Windows 10 Home was updated to Version 1703 I have been unable to create a new email in Windows Live Mail 2011.  When attempting to do this the program freezes and Task Manager has to be used to close it. Is there a solution to this serious problem?

So my Laptop was being Slow so i desided to upgrade my ram by adding new 8gig ram sick on top of my pre existing ram 8gigs. 

my system wont detect the newly installed ram but system wont detect 16 gigs and CPU-Z dose? Im failry new to this type of stuff and yes they are the same frequencies and all that. its making me mad that i spent 80$ on new ram that wont work. Some advice would be helpful thanks 

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 Pro and everything work just find except for Windows Movie Maker, when it comes to saving any video, the audio works fine without any problems or issues, however the video displays a black screen when it is saved. I have clicked on Window’s logo > Control Panel and in the search box I enter “update device driver” > click on “update device driver” > then click on “display adapters” > right-click on whatever is listed (for me it is “Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)” and chose “update driver software” > click on “search automatically for update driver software” > it then says “it up-to-date”.

So how can I get this resolved?

i am having problems with activating word 2016, how can i activate it without the office account but with a new one?

I have used WLM for years but recently cannot send messages, replies, etc to the Gmail server smtp.gmail.com ... I keep getting the following error message:

The connection to the server has failed.

Note: I'm still running Windows 7 and have no problems receiving messages from imap.gmail.com ...

How do I fix this?? ...

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows Live Mail from about 2013 or so. I want to be able to hear a beep or other sound when a new email message arrives in my inbox. I want to know how to set this up.   BTW: I do NOT use Messenger. Many of the previous questions about this same issue always involved Messenger as a way to resolve this, which I do not want to use.  Thank you.

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10.  I have been using Windows Live Mail 2011 for years with no problems.  Now all of a sudden whenever I try to get email, a pop up asking for my user name and password comes up and when I x out of it because my name and password are already saved there, a notice that I can't receive or send email because of incorrect password comes up.  It says account is locked by another session or for maintenance.  Try again.  I've called my web mail provider (time warner cable) and the problem is not with their server.  My settings are on POP3 server.  Do I need to now be on IMAP for Windows 10?  It doesn't give me the option to click on anything but POP.  Not sure what to do and very frustrating to not be able to get email on my windows live program.  Can someone please help?  Thank you.
