Question about Outlook Express

Hi, Ive just clicked onto my link to windows live mail (many times) and nothing happens!!! 

All of my emails, calendar, everything is there.

How do I get it back please 

I have tried sending emails using each of my 3 different email addresses for AT&T and AOL, and none are completed. I've checked the "Properties" for all 3 accounts and they using the correct outgoing protocols. Not being very computer savvy I'm at a loss as to why this suddenly happened. Please help.

I am using my Hotmail (this has nothing to do with the MS Office Outlook!) since it was invented. One of the merchant from which I did purchase something sold my email address and I am overwhelmed with junk emails and phishing scams and all the filth. Cannot stop this - I have tried and used everything available to do so.  

So I decided that I am going to set up another, new Hotmail account and after transferred everything there and notifying my contacts about the new email address I will cancel the current account. That was the plan, however, I run into the impossible task to export or import my rather sizable email account with folders and subfolders. It seems that this not possible to do. I did try to use the "Connected Accounts" to do so however, that does not work at all, because it does not even recognize my ....@hotmail.com email address.   

The other problem that the contacts what I have imported onto the new account is on the "People " folder and does not work the same way as the original Hotmail contacts.

A guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Like a giant virus, Win10 attacked and installed itself on my system.  After it retreated and Win7 was restored (mostly) Win Live Mail started displaying a message about recovering the mail (database?).  Then suddenly all my mail folders disappeared.  I have periodic backups.  Is there a way to: 

1. restore my WLM mail folders and

2, convert them Outlook2016 folders using an IMAP login instead of POP3?

I say Win7 was mostly restored because while basic function was restored, things like Start/Word/(recent-documents) do not work any more.  Is there a remedy for this other than reloading the OS?  I have legacy apps (Autocad) that cannot be loaded and registered again.

a windows message keep pupping up telling me to call customer center for emergency because some stuff just crashed in my computer.

All of my emails have been cleared - a message shows saying 'Your Other Inbox has been cleared' and 'Your Focused Inbox has been cleared' when I try to access old emails. I did not clear any emails, nor delete them; they cannot be found in my deleted emails folder.

How do I recover my old emails?
