G'day,
Please could somebody tell me why. When I send a photo with a white background with W L Mail the background change to black. What can I do to stop it doing that please.

Today, only, October 8th 2017: Every time I am opening a email and reading it, error message pops up stating "there is an error and Windows Live must close, and any unsaved work will be lost."
This also occurred today, while I was updating by data in my contacts.
What is the problem and how can I keep it from shutting down while I'm in the middle of something?

I have the error code on Windows live mail 0x8CCC0003. Caused by a photo mail blocking the out going server. How do I remove the blocking email as none of the emails are coming up on the Sent folder

Hi I get an error message when trying to send to a gmail account - and only one gmail account; Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D.
I run Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox, I see that this error has been happening to people for a number of years but the solutions offered on this forum seem to vary.
