what started as an occasional hiccup has been getting worse and worse. No matter how many times I mark an email as "safe" or add a sender to my safe list, more and more legitimate emails are going straight to the Junk folder, while emails from sender domains that I am supposedly blocking, are still arriving.
At this point I would prefer to COMPLETELY DISABLE this supposed junk mail filter as it is NOT FUNCTIONING
My emails were running fine yesterday morning then all of a sudden I was getting a cannot connect message and every time I tried to sync it was asking for a password. After not having put one in for years I cannot remember it and it doesn't give me the option to click anything for forgotten password.
I can get into the google system but that only changes my google log in but not my emails, so frustrated.

I recently began having trouble receiving email on Microsoft Office 2016 (with OS Windows 10). I have a POP account set up and have used this program successfully for almost two years now. I can get it to work eventually if I go into account setting and run "Repair" 2-5 times (it varies) and then run change, test account 2-5 times (again it varies) and suddenly my emails come in. I have called our service provider but they say since my outgoing mail is not affected it would probably be a Office issue, which I tend to agree with. So I went to a help page and disabled my virus scanner as they suggested and still no change. Is this a issue anyone else has encountered? Any suggestions!
Thank you!
Marlys
I've just gotten a 403 error using open source live writer. I haven't done anything different than I did a week ago.
I try to publish and that's what I get.
I'm using windows 7.
I've had this problem in the distant past, like last year, and it just cured itself.
What's going on here and is there anything I can do?
I'm way behind on this blog and hoped to get caught up starting today and now this.
I know I need an app password. But the truth is it doesn't work now, and keep asking for PIN code to sign in.
