I can't send or receive using windows live mail and Windows 10

I am a current user of Win10, and for quite some time I have not been able to click on a linked address without it taking me to Win Live 12 mail and then not being able to send it. This applies to Hotmail and Gmail. I was or am under the impression that live mail 12 is no longer valid and as such has been digested by the Win12 update. So, for all practical uses, live 12 is worthless to me. Can I delete it from my system? I don't use outlook express. It's just what has been provided to me via Win10>Mail<. Can you help me to understand this?

How do I set up Comcast e-mail on windows 10.
windows operating system erroneously was restored, therefore, lost windows live e-mails. trying to access e-mails and willing to sync with outlook account. how?
I have used windows live mail for a long time with out any issues until a couple days ago.
It will not let me send any emails out .. it keeps marking the emails I try to send as SPAM and stops them from being sent.
What do I need to do to fix this issue??

So i watched some videos on youtube and you can download a plugin for windows movie maker 2.6 and it lets you save movies at 720 hp or 1080 i did this and it works but i cant use windows movie maker 2.6 as its so old and slow. Windows movie maker 2009 ( 6.0 ) is the one thats easy and good but there is no hd option or 720 or 1080 when i finish the movie and click save to computer then settings etc.
I've seen on youtube some people have the option of 1080 or 720 how do they get this on 6.0 version. Also im using windows 7 HP LAPTOP. Pavilion dv6
