Question about Outlook Express

I have updated to the latest 2018 updates and restarted my system and now I cannot get mail to stay open. App opens but as soon as I click on anything it closes. some times it just opens and closes without me doing anything. It opens with outlook 2011. Using Windows @live.com

When I get a mail notification in the bottom right of the task bar I can open that but nothing else works. Any sugestions

Dear people out there, My PC has tablet mode on it and it is not automatically switching when I set the settings to automatically change to tablet mode. and I tried the other modes and messing with the settings it isn't working. Please help a fellow man trying to use his PC.

I've tried to save this one same video SIX times now, and every time, a different, random cut flickers and stutters, like a portion of a song skipping on a record. The audio runs just fine, while the video flickers and skips over n' over until that cut portion of the video is over.  I'm working with large files and LOTS of cuts, but I've done so before and never, ever had this kind of problem.  And now that I've tried this for a sixth time, suddenly my screen is flashing green during playback. XP  PLEASE HELP.  I've put countless hours into filming and editing this, and these technicl issues have cost me massive uploading delays in my programming schedule, not to mention multiple nights of frustration and fruitless attempts to re-save and re-upload the same ruddy video.

How do I open a .eml extension on a mail attachment?

My Photo Gallery App no longer works.  It opens for a couple of seconds and then tells me this is a problem.  Then it tells me it will have to close program.  I have tried doing update but I'm told all my apps are up to date.

I have forgot the administrator password for my windows 10 machine admin account - I have tried to login as administrator but I am not able to do that.

How do I login as administrator - I understand the password should be blank - For the account setup as administrator the password I have does not work.

I need to be able to work on this computer as an administrator.   

My email has been canceled how can i restore it. Is there a phone number i can call for help?
