Dell Inspiron Laptop, Windows 10.

Windows Live Mail stopped sending e-mails.

E-mail provider "AT&T" indicated the e-mail application was probably 'corrupted' and instructed to delete and re-install; no e-mails would be lost.

Deleted Windows Live Mail from my Dell Laptop, re-installed and re-configured.

All "Inbox" e-mails from the server were downloaded to the application. Great !

All "Sent" & "Drafts" will not download from the server to the Windows Live Mail application on my laptop, they are still on the AT&T server.

AT&T representative said it is a "Microsoft Application" problem and to contact Microsoft.

I'm in the endless loop of telephone tech rep. HELL !!

PLEASE HELP !! NEED TO RESTORE MY SENT BOX !!

Using Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail 2012.  Just began having issues signing on to Comcast email using WLM 2012. It does not recognize my password. I have tried changing my password on Comcast and I have no problem sending and receiving messages on the Comcast website or on my Xfinity mobile app.  I have no problem sending and receiving Gmail on Windows Live Mail. This is the error message I received.

Unable to send or receive messages for the mail.comcast.net account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
