When I try to send emails from my PC (other devices work) I get the above error message. It tells me to (in french, I've translated it) to delete the photo message, make another file and retry. I have looked for said message and just haven't got a photo file I am trying to send. Is there a way of 'entering' into the line which tells me on the error message, the 14 messages it cannot send?

The solution was finally found and is repeated from another thread below. But, the problem is, there is a number of us who don't

know what that entails. Could someone please explain the solution in a more user friendly way so that the rest of us could still

use Windows Photo Gallery?  You help would be much appreciated:

I found this information on another thread:

"Fixed it on mine - its a bug that will be fixed in an upcoming driver.

For now - go to

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ATI Technologies\Multimedia

rename these files

amf-wic-jpeg-decoder32.dll

amf-wic-jpeg-decoder64.dll

to  something else, then restart the system

You lose the jpeg acceleration for now but when the new driver is released it will come back."

This appears to have fixed the issue for me...at least, temporarily. I've spent way too much time troubleshooting this issue. Microsoft and AMD should note this fix and make it readily available to others experiencing the same issue.

How can I turn off 1-click opening of emails on Hotmail? It's really annoying, I just want to select one and instead it opens automatically.

Didn't used to happen until you changed Hotmail to Outlook format, please how can I change it back?

Hi there ,

In the past few days I am having trouble signing in to my Hotmail account. I previously used to click onto windows live and it would open up my mailbox. I am finding this extremely trying and frustrating! (Not to mention time consuming). It seems to me that constantly changing settings is not always consumer friendly. Has anybody else noticed this?
