Downloaded this fix and it seems to have been working.

Also learned that having any Office products in Full Screen mode has been causing part of the issue as well.

Hope this helps others.

I have been successfully using WebMail for my verizon.net email account for years.  All of a sudden, I cannot send emails, but can receive.  Another (perhaps) related problem is that I keep receiving "unable to deliver" notices for addresses to whom I have never sent an email--all these addresses appear to be foreign, mostly from Germany.  The error message I get when attempting to send is:

An unknown error has occurred.

Subject 'Fw: ShareFile Activity Notification'
Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.
Server: 'smtp.verizon.net'

When I delete emails I like to leave them in the deleted folder for several days, "just in case."  The Windows Live Mail does send them to the deleted folder, but they disappear within a few minutes.  Is there a setting I could tweak?

I have a new Windows 10 computer, and use Windows Live Mail for my e-mail.  When I am reading through an e-mail, if I do not click on the scroll bar soon enough, the scroll bar disappears!  I have to move the mouse off of the scroll bar, then back to where the scroll bar *should* be, and then it reappears.  I tried asking this question once before, and someone wanted a picture of it.  I took a picture of the missing scroll bar, downloaded it onto my computer, then uploaded it onto the web site, but I never heard back from them.  Can someone please help me?

Hello! I'm currently running Windows 10 on my system, and I'm trying to put a .mp4 video into Movie Maker, but it keeps saying "Windows Movie Maker Transcoder has stopped working". I would love to get this resolved quickly, seeing how I use it all the time.

How do I type in the name of category in the "TO:" of a new email?   In Windows 7, I could make my category, save it and then type in the name of the category and the email would be sent to all the members in that category.  With Windows 8.1, I have made the category, saved it but when I type in the name of the category in the "TO:" of an email it only sends it to the 1st person listed.  What good is having the categories if you still have to put in each individual name?

Despite reading about this same issue that date back over 3 years, I have yet to see any resolution so I will post my issue anyway.

My system:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1

WLMM version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331)

Source file:

Recorded with nvidia Shadow Play with the following settings:

Res: 1920x1080

FPS: 60

Bitrate: 22000kbps

output file: .mp4

WLMM custom settings

Res: 1920x1080

FPS: 60

Bitrate: 22000kbps

Resulting file after WLMM renders the video to .mp4

Res: 1920x1080

FPS: 60

Bitrate: 11869kbps

WLMM custom settings (new attempt)

Res: 1920x1080

FPS: 60

Bitrate: 50000kbps

Resulting file after WLMM renders the video to .mp4

Res: 1920x1080

FPS: 60

Bitrate: 11869kbps (obviously no change)

When rendering to .WMV however, the bitrate is preserved however the quality appears to be very degraded despite the same bitrate.  I would like to save to mp4 and preserve the source file as is with no re-encoding by WLMM as it simply does not function well (after years from what I see here and zero change).  Is there any way to do that??  All I want from WLMM is to string several .mp4's together, add some pictures but I don't want WLMM do anything else.  I do not want to save as WMV

Please help
