I am using Windows 10 and recently tried to send a photo email from the photo gallery which included a video clip. The result was the following error message - Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject 'Norfolk Ramble' Server Error: 421 Server Response: 421 4.4.2 mtaout-mbc02.mx.aol.com Error: timeout exceeded Server: 'smtp.aol.com' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F Protocol: SMTP Port: 587 Secure(SSL): No Having removed the video clip all further attempts at sending photo emails enter a queue behind the original offending mail. I believe I need to delete this mail from the outbox, but am unable to locate it, so can anyone please tell me where to find the OUTBOX?
I am trying to send out a mailmerge on outlook for mac, I am getting this message from the majority
of mails i have sent out
* This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand
this format*
is this to do with encryption certificates, if so where do i obtain one. Thanks
Dear community,
I have an (hopfully) simple question. Ich have a Open NL license for Outlook 2011 but it can't connect to our Exchange Server 2003.
Is it possible to downgrade the Outlook to Entourage with this license?
Best regards
Justus

Dear All,
My windows live mail don't show detail test as screen short below:
If I reset up Windows (Windows 7) then reinstall windows live mail, so it working well.
After one year later this problem is come back.
If you have any suggestion please help to share to me.

Sophat
When I open a photo in Windows Live Photo Gallery a small square part of the picture is missing or the same size small square will be a bunch of small white squares. If it opens with the small white squares it will go away by itself in a couple of seconds. If part of the photo is missing, that does not go away. I can make it go away by increasing the little slide to the bottom right of the photo which makes the photo larger.
Why is this happening?
Thank you,
TomS
