I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. To my surprise, the menu and toolbar in Internet Explorer have disappeared. Pressing Alt and Alt+V worked once, but following a restart, it did not work again. I can live with the horizontal scrollbar
gone, and the disappearance of the personalization options, but I would like the menu and toolbar back, especially the favorite tab and bar. Can Microsoft fix it for me? Thanks.

I have put together a 1:21 minute photo video with music. It was fairly easy, but very time consuming, and I've been working on it for awhile! The photos were scanned to an external hard drive. I disconnected the hard drive for a few minutes (I had saved
the project). I have closed the project before without any problems. Today ONE picture won't show up - shows up with an error..but it WAS there. And MovieMaker plays it! But I can't save the video to DVD until I remove that picture. It is the very first picture
and I feel it needs to be in there! Why did it work before and why does it not work now...and mostly, how do I make it work??? Thanks for your help!

When I compose a message, Outlook for Mac 2011 (on Mac OS 101.10) automatically adds in an attachment in the format of x-apple-msg-attachment.
It doesn't affect me but annoys everyone I email as they try to open it.
Anyway to stop this happening?
Any idea how to reinstall Office 2011 for Mac when tech support tells you that the product key you have is not valid (which is also displayed when I try to reinstall it, so helpful!) and I am told there is no way to get the correct product key. I currently

When I'm downloading e-mails from Verizon to my Windows Live account, the e-mails themselves download but "update all calendar events" fails. There is an error message that says "there was an error when attempting to connect to Windows Live Calendar service.

I am using Windows Live Mail in Windows 7. When receiving any email with an attachment, I keep getting the message:
Your mailbox is over the high water mark.
Please delete some messages from your mailbox!
Some emails with attachments (even under 10 mb) get bounced back to the sender with a message that the In Box is full.
A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced)
because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded.
The following is the reason that the message was over quota:
Quota Type: bytes in the mailbox
Quota Available: 10175606
Total Quota: 10240000
I currently have only 17 messages in the In-Box of this account, none heavy with attachments. What is going on and how do I fix this?

After Scan is complete it asks to Clean PC. Which should takes a few minutes. Clean PC ran for 2 hours Saturday and all night on Saturday and still did not complete Clean PC, it was still tunning Sunday morning. Why?
