I am running Windows Live Mail on Windows 7.  I have entered a test CSV contacts file using Notepad.  When I import the contacts to WLM, the email field is not filled in any place in the contact record.  The name field works fine.  A copy of the CSV file is:

Full Name, Email Address
John Doe, (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
Jane Doe, (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
Harvey Wallbanger, (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

I have tried email fields with and without parentheses, <>, " ", and ' '.  Nothing seems to work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is there anyone out there who has used or is currently using a DVD burning software with the "burn in continuous loop" option that is offered in Windows DVD Maker?  I use this option regularly to burn PowerPoint presentations to DVD to play in our office lobby for our customers to view promotions.  Its much easier to burn the DVD using this option so the video loops instead of pressing play several times through the day.  I am becoming very angry with the "squashed video" aspect ratio glitch that seems to be very common among Windows DVD Maker users.  Windows DVD Maker is one of the only reasons I have not yet upgraded my Windows 7 machine to Windows 10.  I love this particular option in DVD Maker, but I have yet to find another solution, either paid or free, that offers this option.

I can upload a video just fine, but when I play it, so I can start editing, the audio doesn't work. When I click play, and I kid you not, a small fart/buzzer noise plays and then it is completely silent (and this is every time I click play it doesn't matter if it is just starting or at the end).

Original Title: Live Account and Outlook after Microsoft sending Security Code.

Microsoft recently sent one of their verification emails, which I verified.  However, since this happened my Live account will no longer sync with my Outlook.  I have tried deleting the email account and resetting it up.  It gives me the three green checkboxes showing it connects to the server, and prompts to close and open Outlook.  When I reopen Outlook, get a small box asking form my email password.  Even when I put in the password, Outlook still won't open...keeps sending the pop up box asking for the password.  HELP, please.

Thanks!

I recently installed Windows Essentials 2012 on my Windows 10 machine. When I went to start using Windows Live Mail, the application opened and launched successfully but I couldn't log into my Gmail account which I was using as my Microsoft account. At first I thought this was because Windows Live is no longer in service and Microsoft accounts don't work with Windows Live applications, but when I signed into Windows Movie Maker with my Microsoft account it worked just fine. Is there anything I can do to get Windows Live Mail to work on Windows 10?

Please help!!!! Since wednesday I have been unable to send email from my hotmail account.  I continue getting the error message that I have reached my daily maximum even though I may have only sent 2 or 3 email.  I am extremely frustrated with this especially since I have just finished spending almost an hour on the phone with a microsoft customer service rep who then informs me there is nothing they can do because it is a server issue.  Apparrently many people have switched their email accounts and now the server is jammed.  I recommend they may need to upgrade their server in order to accommodate the amount of usage it is getting.

Can someone please help me with this issue.  I have tried many times with verifying my account and enterring the code which they would send me, but now it says I have requested too many codes.  Go figure!!.

Help please as my job is greatly affected with this issue.
