Question about Outlook Express

I had windows live mail essentials 2011, I received a error message connection to server failed error id 0x800CCC0E I contacted my internet provider and they couldn't help me, anyway I downloaded windows live mail 2012 and tried other email programs but keep getting same error message. I cannot send or receive emails using any email programs. Can anyone help?

I am using Windows 10 and I've been trying to install Windows Movie Maker through Windows Essentials 2012. While going through with the installation. I came across this error. I've been trying to fix this. And seriously, I've tried everything. I still have this problem. It also says this : source : soxe.definitions. So if it means anything, please help me.

New computer.  Lenovo .  Came with Windows 10 installed.  (NOT an upgrade as other questions appear to be.)

Try to open Photo Gallery.

"Photo Gallery has stopped working"

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and and notify you if a solution is available."

Close Program


But doesn't tell me if Photo Gallery works or not, it comes listed in the All Programs drop-down.  

OK, what gives is Photo Gallery no longer supported

"Photos" appears to be overly simplified

when I delete emails they keep returning to my inbox . how can I stop this as it is driving me insane

Hello,

Every time I log into to my Window Live e-mail account I get the following error message.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (~~~) account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Can someone please help me correct this issue?
