How to move folders in Live mail 2012

Hopefully fairly simple....I've created a number of folders in which I store emails.  Some folders have "got inside" others so how do I move folders around so that they are readily accessible?  (On Win 7 and IE 11)

I upgraded to Windows 10 a few months ago and everything was working find until suddenly the windows live mail failed. I have no idea what happened. I can still access my mail through outlook. When I use live mail, I keep getting the message 'MSVCR110.dll is missing'. I do not know how to fix.

MS office Mac recover corrupted outlook data file

my MS Outlook Mac crashed and when I tried to restart the program the data file was corrupted.  I followed all the steps to repair the corrupted database but am given an error code at the end of the process telling me that the database can't be repaired.  I have tried creating a new identity and then copied over all the database folders (using the Rebuild option after every few folders are copied) but none of my messages, folders or data appears in the new identity.  Does anyone know how I can at least get all of my 'sent items' and organized messages folders back???

my laptop is a dell precision M6800 with win 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64 bit and display adapter is NVIDIA Quadro K4100M with latest drivers installed. When i run movie maker i have message check minimum system requirements(are right)and update driver for display adapter(already done).

Defunct Hotmail account won’t allow any use of Hotmail email

Microsoft says the Hotmail email account address which appears any time I am required to use Hotmail to send a query to a company does not exist...but when I type a currently operational Outlook email account into the address box before sending, Hotmail refuses that and pops up a message with the defunct address in it saying it cannot deliver the mail.  I have tried numerous times to recover a password for that supposedly defunct account, but Microsoft refuses the recovery process each time saying the account does not exist.  How can I get set up to be able to send Hotmail queries to companies that use such as the only way to contact them via email???
