How do I disable the pop-up on the bottom of the screen which is constantly asking if I would like to store the password the password for ........

Thanks

R.

The spam filter in Outlook seems at time to be random.

I keep clicking on "Mark as Not Junk" on emails I receive from certain addresses.  Some get through, others continue to go into Junk Mail.

I still get 200 or more junk emails a day.  I have to scroll through them all to "unjunkify" legitimate senders.  Why doesn't Outlook learn that emails are legitimate when I "unjunkify" them daily?  Why doesn't Outlook learn that other email addresses are junk and put them in the junk mail folder?  Why do I get emails from senders when I've junked them?

What's the best way to manage this?  I'm pretty careful about where I leave my email address and with whom, but no one can be certain who has passed on my email.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (xxxxxxxx) account.

Any suggestion?

I have QUITE A FEW customers that are getting an email from Microsoft THIS WEEK,  warning them that the @outlook email system will be upgraded in a few weeks, and that their Windows Live Mail might stop receiving emails.

This is a legitimate message from Microsoft as you probably know. There is a link to download a patch for Windows Live Mail.

After applying the patch, email gets stuck in the outbox, and will not get sent, for MANY of my customers.

I THINK the fix is to WAIT it out for the mail to sync up, but a lot of people are ending up with error messages and get confused.

Are you aware of the issue and is there something I should know to make sure folks get past this issue?

Attached is photo of email sent, below is the link for the patch

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49486

I continue to get the message below when I try to access or send email from live mail.  It was working fine till yesterday.

Can anyone give me a heads up how to correct it.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hvc.rr (mrappoport) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

As of this morning, I am no longer receiving emails through my email client (Hotmail) account. I have run the windows live mail repair patch 4 times without success. My tablets and phones with Hotmail address are receiving emails. Also, it appears that an additional .net address account set up under my live mail client is receiving some emails (old email account). Under properties for the Hotmail address the server is labeled http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx. The .net account server is labeled Pop 3. I do not know if this difference is causing any problem or not. Any advice on how to resolve or who at Microsoft I can contact?

I upgraded to Windows 10, and now my 2010 word program is not recognized. What do I do?

After installing KB3093594 in December 2015, I am no longer able to see the full message headers in the Windows Live Mail 2012 client on Windows 7.  Hitting crtl-f3, or going to Properties...Details...Message Source only shows brief headers.  When I forward the email as an attachment, only the brief headers are shown.  My version shows as: Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3563.0918)

The headers now show like this:

From: <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
To: <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
Subject: RonicaMorgania KKeep oone's shirt oon annd try to deide hhow to treat erectle dysfuunction.

If I view the headers in Outlook.com (web), I see this, which is what I want:
