After the reset I can not find Live Mail. When I click on the mail icon none of my folders or contacts are found..
Just got Windows 10 and transferred photos (taken over about a year) from iPhone to the computer. They are automatically grouped by date which is OK, except that I can't find the few of the photos that I had put a caption to (i.e, gave them a brief title,
like "sea turtle"). There does not seem to be a "help" option in Windows 10 where you can go directly to find out how to categorized, group, or label photos - or at least I can't find it. So where can I get instructions for locating those photos with captions,
or reorganizing the photos the way I want, not the way Windows chooses to group them?
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Now when I load an MP4 video to a new project, it appears to load but it won't display video or sound in playback. I have made several videos for my YouTube channel so I think I'm doing it right. There are no errors.

I haven´t been able to delete old or unnecessary email addresses from mi Contacts list in Windows 10. I had no problem to do just that in Windows 7 and 8.1. What changed? I´ve tried everything they recommended here, and nothing works. I do not have a Facebook account, so my email is not tied up with Facebook.
All I need is to go in and delete all the emails I don´t need.

I use the Calendar that comes with Windows Live Essentials. When I uncheck and even clear the calendar boxes they will re-appear sometimes multiple times.
I cannot open spreadsheets marked XLR in excel. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I recently installed a Microsoft Update KB3093594 and since then I no longer receive my emails although I can send. I can log onto Outlook.Com and read my emails there and in fact I have set up a direct to another email address I have so am getting my
mail OK at that address. But it is a pain. My mail works fine on my Ipad. I have read recently of numerous problems with 'Live Mail' some of which seem to be linked to a Microsoft email that was sent recently.
