I seem to be having a similar issue ...
I recently built a new computer and have installed Win 10 and Outlook 2016 (Office 365) on it. The previous computer was a laptop with Win 7 and Windows Live Mail.
In an effort to save some needed business emails that were in "Storage Folders" on my old system (I assume on the C: drive), rather than converting the .eml files to .pst files I decided to simply forward them to myself and end-run the conversion. (I tried to convert them, but it was a REAL PITA!)
I was successful in forwarding numerous email this way, then Windows Live stopped allowing me to "Forward" emails.
Question: Is there a limit on the number of forwarded emails per unit time? If so, please let me know the limits (if you know) and I will simply slow down my pace to continue the transfers. If it is another issue, can you help me identify it?
(BTW - For my purposes, the emails successfully forwarded in this manner are sufficient in format for my needs and, I guess since they were FORWARDED, can be read by Outlook.)
Thanks
Mike
First off, if there is a way to put logos and have a text formatted signature, without using html, let me know.
So, I'm using html formatting on my emails because my sig block set up with logo, a formatted address and hours with lights and bells.
My default sig says:
Hi Customer
Thanks for your email
Blurb
Regards Emily
My logo, my contact info, hours of business [in formatted three column block with different sizes, styles and colors]
When I hit reply, I type in Joe Bloggs for "Customer" and whatever needs saying to replace "blurb"
Looks great.
But on the receivers end it looks like a kid was let loose with a fun font pack. Type sizes, styles and fonts are different for every line of text (except for my sig which is always right).
I know this is an issue for others, I've seen the postings and the rants, just wondering if in 2016 this is going to get fixed?
(And yes I HAVE to use outlook due to security protocols in place here - I could tell you where, but then I'd have to send the drones.)
There is a solution: I cut everything above my sig, paste it into TextWrangler/BBedit, then cut/paste it back into outlook, I even have it scripted to do it for me, but why do I need to?????

(NSFW Tumblr, so don't google me)
When I search in Outlook 2011 for Mac, the default setting is to search just that folder. You have to manually click the "All Mail" button in the ribbon to get the application to search all mail.
Can I setup a keyboard shortcut to search all mail by default?
At your service,
Michael
Hi,
User is having an issue with Outlook 2011 (Mac) calendar reminders not popping up. They show up in the dock (the little clock with a number in it) but do not pop up over her other screen rendering their function useless.
I have tried checking any number of setting to no result.
Anyone know what I can do about this?
