I wish to create a second email address in Windows Live Mail.  I have recently changed over to Windows 10 and having just taken on a club magazine I need an account to receive items that are submitted.

Can anyone offer a step-by-step instruction on how to create an account?  I am a shiny-topped silver surfer of 75 years and desperately need guidance.  Many thanks

When opening Windows Live Mail I get the following error message: A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again. Why is it when you used Comcast e-mail for years and never have any problems ever we reach these problems using Microsoft e-mail. Makes you wonder. Even though I know this question will never get answered I feel a little better at least. No I should not have to uninstall and reinstall.

Changing the title

Windows Live Mail won't reply at all.  It will send some new messages, but won't send to my wife or me if I include address in mail.  All reply messages end up in "Sent Items", but are never received.   I've had remote access 3 times to no avail.
All my contacts in Live Mail disappeared this afternoon ( Feb. 4 2016 ). I always work "signed out", but tried signing in to see if there were any contacts there: only 2 there and I didn't put them there. I signed back out, closed LM, reopened, still no contacts. I shut down the computer, waited, then restarted. Opened LMail, still no contacts. I tried going to Connections, to ensure I was still signed out, it was greyed out, so I assume I am. I navigated to something like Users/AppData/Local/Windows Live Mail Contacts. It said it was an empty folder. I right clicked on the folder, Properties, this is what was there: so surely the folder can't be empty! These are about 300 mostly business contacts and I really need them back, as I have no other copies, except an old folder of Outlook Express .contacts.
