I now have 6 downloads for each item on the mail server inbox and it seems to increase every other day.
I am having trouble in getting rid of a page that tells me I have an error which has already been resolved. I am also told that there is a problem signing me in but I continue to send and receive mail. Can I delete the entire programme and start again
but retaining my contacts and all information in my current folders?

Do you have that same setup information for my att.net account. I was getting a similar error msg.

Unfortunately, I already removed my acct. from my Windows Live Mail. Now I'm trying to set it back up. I recently updated to Windows 10, and it worked for a while, but then I could not send or receive anything from my att.net account, the others seem to work fine.
I just want to set it back up properly.

In the text of messages I receive form several people I get strange characters that show up normally where a comma, quotation mark or various other punctuation marks may be. I had to install windows 7 in place of my Vista and have been having this problem

When I updated from windows 8 to 10 with the actualization which was allowed to the users directly, I was asked to start Windows 10 with a microsoft account. But I do not have an MSN mail or hotmail, and neither want to since I already have an email account. So, I used my gmail account as microsoft account. And it works
The problem comes with mail app. This one recognizes my account but I do not get to sync it. Obviously I can add it again as a new account and then I have my mail (I checked) but, is there anyway to do it directly and not repeating the account? I have the same problem with the calendar app

I have a large quantity of archived emails in my 'On My Computer' folders in Outlook for mac 2011. I am upgrading to Office 365 Outlook for Mac into which I need to import this archive so that I can still have access to the emails.
I understand that there is an export facility in Outlook 2011 but it doesn't let me just pick "on my computer' folders and I don't want my live (exchange) mailbox to be included. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
