Question about Outlook Express

I have had Windows Live mail in my Windows 7 installed for long time. Since the update to Windows 10, I have been having problems with Windows live mail stop responding after a while on  it.  One of the problem is that it stops displaying the email content including graphic of the current email, and keeps the body information of the previous email that was open when the problem started without displaying the current or new email I want to read or display.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Live mail, and it didn't help. I installed Windows Essentials with Windows Live mail, It did not help as well.  Right, I have reinstalled Windows Live mail since the Windows Essentials did not make any difference.

I need help, please.

Original Title: Transcoder Issues

I have converted my video files to WMV to use in window movie maker but it STILL crashes when I try to open those files and says transcoder isn't working. Please help I have been trying to fix this for four hours. :(
