I have just received this email supposedly from Microsoft

Dear *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

This is a courtesy notice from Admin Team, and it is to inform you that your email account has exceeded it's mail quota on the database server. 
Your email account will be blocked from sending and receiving emails if your email account is not verified within 48 hours.

Please click on your email below and click Unblock to your email restore access.

Is this real?  The address that came up for it is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Can anyone advise if this is genuine?  My security system advises that this is a phishing site

I have 2 accounts on Windows Live mail. it asks me to sign in wuth my microsoft account details but then when I try to access one of the email accounts on an IMAP server r an smtp server depending whether they are ingoing or outgoing it seems- whatever that is- it asks for my password for that account. When I out my usual password in it sends me an error message

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address.

Movie maker won’t show clips/thumbnails

Hi!

I've been working for hours on a 20-something minutes movie (including clips and images), when suddenly Movie maker stopped displaying all the little thumbnails, which means i cannot edit the movie.. Could you please help? I've spent so much time and energy on it just to have to do it all over again and maybe risk the same thing happening.

Unable to download Windows live movie maker on my computer

I had Windows Live Movie Maker on my computer and I had, in fact, made a number of movies with it.  I recently had a problem with my computer and had to do a factory reset.  I no longer have movie maker and can't seem to download it.  I get an error message when I try.  I am running Windows 10 and Movie Maker came on my computer when it was new.  Can anyone help.  (Please keep in mind I am less than hopeless with computers!)

using exchange on outlook mac 2011: updating identity

When starting Outlook (this only happens when using exchange), a window appears with two progress bars: "updating identity". This then takes about 30 minutes to finalize. Alternatively, you can delete and recreate the identity. Is there now a permanent solution for this issue or is it known why this happens at all? This problem seems to exist since many years.  Thank you for your help.

Outlook 2011 sometimes send emails with a blank body

Hello

Sometimes when I send an email or reply to an email the receiver gets an email with no body. In my sent items the email has a body and looks as it should, but the receiver just gets an email with a subject and nothing in the body.

It's an Exchange account hooked up to Exchange Server 2007. We have Exclaimer mail utilities applying a signature in between.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's intermittent and I can't seem to find a pattern.
