Unable to ‘clean up contacts’, username or password is wrong

I have just installed the windows 10 upgrade to windows 7, and then also installed windows essentials.

I have imported my contacts from my windows xp computer via the wab file.

There are a lot of duplicates so I have clicked "clean up contacts".

Sadly, every time I try this, a window pops up saying my username or password for my Microsoft account is wrong, and the "clean up contacts" process never begins. I can assure you, neither my username or password is incorrect. Indeed if I hover over the account button, it states quite clearly that I am signed in.

How do I fix this please?

Flagged folder doesn´t work

I have Outlook 2011 installed ... if a flag an e-mail to follow up, it doesn't appear in the smart-folder flagged mail. I tried rebuilding the database, delete and recreate my account nothing works. The Filter in the Smart-Folder is set to Follow Up Flag -> Not Completed

any suggestions?

Video Speeds

I am trying to tie video clips together, but while I was viewing to see where to split them to trim it, I had changed the speed so I can go through it faster. Now the edited video has different speeds while playing. I want it all in the original video speed it was recorded. How can I make the new edited video clip all the same original speed? When I click on 1x, it plays a bit in slow motion.

Outlook 2011 message “Not Authorized” when trying to send emails

When I’m traveling and trying to send emails from outlook 2011 for Mac, I get the error message “Not Authorized” and the emails stay in the outbox. (Sometimes if I use a dongle I get the error message “Authentication failed because Outlook doesn’t support any of the available authentication methods”).

After several sending attempts, the emails finally will be sent. This does not however happen every time I send an email, sometimes the emails go through without any problem at all, and sometimes they get stucked in the outbox for a shorter or longer time. The problem also seems to appear only with certain operators, while there is no problem at all with other operators!

All settings for my outgoing server etc are correct according to my own operator, so the emails should be delivered without problems, independently of where in the world I am, or which operator I use.

I also have the latest versions of Mac OS X and Oulook 2011 for Mac.

Any idea of what could cause this strange problem?

Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.

Configuration:

   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f
