I installed a system upgrade for Office for Mac 2011. After I did so my Outlook Calendar is completely empty.
How can I recover the data?

Outlook for Mac (2011) will not receive e-mail while iMac is in sleep mode

Power Nap is enabled
Outlook for Mac Pref set sched to receive every 10 minutes
System is iMac 27" running Yosemite 10.10.5
Outlook for Mac version 14.6.2

Tried to open Live Mail but got message "Your Outlook Settings Are Out of Date" Asked me if I wanted to fix it and I checked YES. Then got message "Something went wrong. We're sorry, but we weren't able to do that. Error code: 0x80070002"
So what do I do now???
Just got told that I should delete my Microsoft account and then add it back to fix this. How do I delete and is there any downside of doing so (ie lost mail, lost contacts etc???)

My Windows movie maker file corrupted when the program crashed. Could someone here fix it? You can access it here:

I've opened the file on notepad and can confirm all the data is still there and not garbled at all. I'm imagining this would be a quick fix for whoever knows how to fix these kinds of files.
