we have recently upgraded our Exchange server from 2007 to 2013. I have a user that is using an apple laptop and unfortunately the client is not able to connect to the server using Outlook.
The error is account cannot be added. Note that Outlook 2011 requires exchange server 2007 SP1 Rollup 4 or later.
Any suggestions as am trying to connect to 2013 with latest updates

Upgraded to Windows10 from Win7 and also upgrade to Live Mail 12.
Can not find Storage Folders and 1000s of emails from the original Live Mail account. I have looked in C:UsersUsernameXXXXAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live Mail but they are not there. Are these lost forever? Any help is appreciated.
I create pictures using a Graphic Design program and when I I save them I save them in numerical order (for instance 1-33) as jpegs. When I try to view as a slide show, it will go through 1-30 and then cycle back to 1. If I start at 31, it will go to 33 and then start back again at 1 which is fine but then only cycle through to 30 again. When I send these to people that have Win10 it happens to them too. Why won't they display in order? The continuity is important. Win10 doesn't know how to count higher than 30? I have tried looking up an answer online but haven't been able to find any answers on this. If anyone knows, please help.
Thank you.
