I've posted a message earlier about someone moving all Windows Apps, file, and folders to include Lenovo layout using D drive associations settings....etc. I'm stuck can't find what I had, and permissions went with the server change. User ID, Network Admin all gone. Anyone have a tiger on the issues with Windows 10?

I have convinced 2 of my tech savvy friends to use the Windows 10 Mail app. The first thing I noticed during the setup is that the first screen that normally shows your Microsoft account email address, the email address wasn't there....just "Add account" and "Get Started". They were logged into a Microsoft account on the PC. We got to the Mail app but no accounts were listed and there was noting in any of the folders. We messed around with everything we could think of but had no luck. All the emails, people etc. were viewable on the outlook.com website but nothing in the Mail app. We changed the default mail app to Mail but it didn't help.
We tried on 2 laptops. Each owned by a different person. We had the same results. The common thread: Windows Live Mail was set up and working fine on each PC. We used the "reset" function on one of them then tried the Mail app and it worked without a problem.
We all volunteer at a Computer Club with about 3500 members and we teach Windows classes. We are suspecting that our members who currently are using Windows Live Mail will have the same issue if they try to use the Mail app.
Any suggestions?

NONE of the emails I send are being delivered. I have re-set my password but still am having the same problem. I talked to 3 people on Microsoft chat today and no one had a solution. I am getting "delivery status notification (failure)" notifications and sometimes "mail daemon" failure messages. Help please!!!
