Windows Photo Gallery 12..... I see parts of the previous picture(s) when scrolling from one picture to the next in WPG12. This only occurs on my HP Spectrex360, not on my desktop HP (i7 w/ 8mb), or Microsoft Surface Pro (i5). All pcs are running Windows 10. Pasted below is an example.

I have uninstalled / installed the Intel graphics software to no avail.

Is this a software issue, or HP hardware issue?

I am just trying out in Windows 10, "PHOTO" to edit pictures I have on my computer.  When finished editing, if I merely click "SAVE" the photo remains in the folder where it was originally.  IF, I click on "SAVE AS A COPY" the picture is NOT saved to the original folder.  In fact, I have no clue as to where the picture is being saved on my computer. Can anyone help me??

Today when I tried to send an email using Windows Live Mail the mail went to my Outbox and I could not send it and I got the error message listed below. I can receive email but not send email.

I only had this problem starting today and I have used Windows Live Mail for a few years and this just happened today and I did not make any changes to my computer.

I contacted brighthouse tampabay and they checked my email and I went to their portal and I could send email using the  brighthouse.com site. There were no problems at all but when I tried the Window Live Mail again I still could not send any email. How do I fix this vexing problem.

I tried some of the suggestion found on this site and they did not correct the problem.

What I tried: I put a check mark on 'My server requires Authentication'; and I changed the SMPT from 25 to 587 these did not correct the sending problem.

What do I do next?

The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***', please contact your email service provider.
