Question about Outlook Express

My daughter and I are making a movie.  She has two segments, each with multiple clips.  The main movie is the first segment, and the second segment is called the gag reel.  She has inserted some music into the second segment which is perfectly synced with the clips.  When she tries to add music to the first segment, it changes where the music starts in the second segment.  Are we doing something wrong?  The music she want to add to the first segment is shorter than the segment length, so it shouldn't "push up" the start of the second song, but it is.  Also, whenever she makes any changes to the first segment, that changes where the music in the second segment starts.  What are your suggestions?

I have 4 Hotmail accounts.

I can not access two of the accounts via windows live - although I can on my iPhone and ipad.

Plus I am not getting junk mail on two of the accounts in windows live or on Outlook.

Any ideas

I am using WMM to record live vocal covers to upload onto Youtube. The video is captured on a camcorder and the sound is recorded through an external mic using Audacity. The recorded vocal and music backing track is then imported into WMM and aligned with the video footage so it matches up and is in sync. Its all good until I save the project and watch it back, its all completely out of sync. Can anyone help with this problem?

WLM is horrible.

I want to send emails to Junk mail and get this:  The selected message could not be moved. A problem has occurred.  Please try again. 

100 times tried again and still the same result - pathetic.  I have been to Essentials to see if a repair would help but it does not.
