Question about Outlook Express

HI' when I use windows movie maker to edit my videos everytime I use the narration part my voice sounds very,very robotic and you can understand what Im saying my laptop is brand new and all I want to know is how can I stop this from happening.

I have tried for days now. The download says it went through, but it never does

my window firewall already turn on.
but it can't install.

I read the header question and wonder, why is it you people cannot simply address the question with a straight forward reply and then go on to address issues from other people??!!  

I recently updated the Microsoft Essentials to the 2012 and have had nothing but problems with the Windows Live email program.

When in a document, whether it be a PDF or a Word Doc - I am unable to send directly from the document.  I also, cannot drag and drop a document into a new email.  My email notification icon has disappeared and I am beyond frustrated....

I have uninstalled the latest update as well as confirmed that Windows Live is my default email - 

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Original Title: Editing Music File Speed

Is it possible change the speed of a music file in Movie Maker?  I do not want to change the speed of the video just the music file.
